MAKVEL Penne Rigate is one of the most famous pasta. It is an extruded type of pasta with cylinder-shaped pieces, their ends cut at an angle. The Italian word, “rigate” means ridges in English. The fact that this pasta has these ridges, makes it even more delicious because any sauce adheres well to it. Paired well with creamy sauces, such as rosée, alfredo, etc, as well as in red sauce. Can also be used in cold pasta dishes.
